Yes you do! A basic level of swimming is required to safely enjoy the activity. You must be able to swim from the shore to the water park in a provided PFD without assistance.
All customers must read and sign Splash ON’s waiver form to participate in the activity. Children under 18 years of age must have a parent read and sign the document on their behalf. You can find a copy here
Yes, all participants must always wear Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) during the activity. We provide them and there is no additional fee for this. Guests may bring their own if they are Transport Canada approved.
- Light rain or drizzle does not affect operations.
- Heavy or persistent rain that reduces visibility may cause temporary closure.
- If lightning is detected within the area, the Splash Park will close immediately.
- All guests must exit the water and move to a safe covered area.
- Operations will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
- If your session is cancelled due to weather, you are eligible for a full reschedule or credit for another available day.
- Same-day interruptions (after the session has already started) may not qualify for refunds, but we try our best to accommodate guests.

If your session is cancelled due to weather (lightning, storms, unsafe conditions), you may rebook for any available day free of charge.
Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Lifeguards may be present, but parental supervision is mandatory.
Guests with open wounds, infections, or illnesses should not enter the water.
Showering before entering the water is recommended.
